A friendly group raising money to fight cancer while having fun. Why not see what events we are running and join us? We have a low volume emailing list (8-10 emails a year) detailing all our events so why not find out what's going on locally. We are also always looking for people to help out either at one of our larger events, run their own event or join us on the committee so why not drop us an email and see what you can do to help fund our research. About New Eltham

New Eltham is in the Royal Borough of Greenwich, south east London, with good transport to central London and is close to Greenwich and the Kent countryside.

It has 3 main shopping areas, one along Footscray Road either side of the Library and the Station, one over the railway bridge down Avery Hill Road, and one on the A20 to Five Ways. It is surrounded by green space from the many sports clubs, Avery Hill Park, Fairy Hill and Southwood Park behind the Library.

The library building also houses a very successful Community Centre, run by the Community Association of New Eltham. They run various regular activities such as U3A classes, a Coffee Shop, craft and exercise groups as well as hiring out the venue.

Explore our community website - if you live here, check out the wealth of shops and activities going on here. Make sure that your club or event is listed here - if not, list them!

If you are thinking of moving here or visiting, see what we have to offer.
